This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.We count on you for:Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including formation, dissolution, licenses/permits, and annual reports.Prepare and organize corporate records, including minute books, board resolutions, and shareholder agreements.Support the legal team in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing processes.Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.Maintain shared information databases and document management systems for accurate records managementWork with registered agent for entity management systemYou will bring:Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential or otherwise sensitive information.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applicationsPreferred Qualifications: (Not required)Experience with mergers and acquisitions.Familiarity with securities law and filings.Knowledge of contract management systems.Notary Public for the State of NJ or GA, depending on hiring locationYou will get:The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000-95,000 per year.Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.Training platform for all employeesFree language courses (24 languages available)Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)Additional Information:Location: Hybrid in Princeton, NJ or Alpharetta, GAAbout usThis position requires a certain level of integrity, confidentiality, loyalty and trustworthiness as you will have access to Syensqo's most sensitive information or systems in the context of your mission.
