We have an opportunity for a bright and motivated Paralegal to join a leading investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience providing legal support in a fast-paced, corporate environment, assisting with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, due diligence, and document preparation for transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, agreements, and filings
- Assist with regulatory and compliance matters
- Conduct legal research and due diligence for investment transactions
- Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate or investment-related legal environment
- Strong understanding of investment law and regulations
- Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
