We are looking for a detail-oriented, supportive, analytical individual to add to our Paralegal Team. Our Paralegal must have exceptional communication skills, be able to listen, and be understanding and empathize with clients.
What will our Paralegal do?
You will be one of the first points of contact for our clients. You will communicate with clients and other parties to provide updates and gather information. You will be involved in all aspects of the case, including drafting pleadings and Agreements, scheduling case events and hearings, maintaining client files, filing pleadings with the Court, tracking and monitoring Court filings, interviewing witnesses and trial preparation. You will also assist clients with document gathering, preparing budgets and spreadsheets, and preparing discovery responses and affidavits.
What are some characteristics that our Paralegal should have?
The focus of this position is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent output is essential and requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete multiple tasks. This position requires strong follow-up to ensure that tasks are completed timely and accurately. We are looking for a Team player who is collaborative, insightful, and diligent.

This is a full-time position. Compensation is negotiable based upon experience and will include bonus opportunities.
