Job Description - Support the SVP, team of in-house attorneys, paralegals, and external attorneys
- Assist with real estate transactions including Bridge, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity, Construction and Single Family Rentals
- Assist with the collection and review of due diligence items post-close including title reports and recorded documents
- Manage the distribution of original loan documents (in-house & external)
- Handle preparing, reviewing, and executing loan documents, including special projects
- Attend loan closings as needed
- Handle the post-close process including preparing, reviewing and recording the transfer of assets into banking lines, warehouses and/or securitization vehicles
- Create and maintain a system for the organization across all platforms

The Successful Applicant Requirements
- 3 years of Paralegal experience, preferably in Commercial Real Estate
- Must be able to commute & work on Long Island (Uniondale)
Skills
- Title, Survey, Organization Documents and UCCs experience
- History of working with recordable items (Mortgages, UCC filings)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to be problem solution oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
