Manage annual update of variable life insurance product SEC filings. Lead and train on all matters associated with SEC filings, including the use of Arc. Prospectus content management system. Draft variable insurance product prospectus language and support product development initiatives. Manage FINRA Form BD filings. Respond to auditor requests associated with registration statements. Work on special projects and initiatives as requested. Required Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent (2 years) 3-5 years relevant experience. Strong experience with preparing and filing registration statements with the SEC. Solid drafting and research skills. Solid analytical skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Makes decisions quickly and appropriately using extensive expertise. Advanced subject matter expertise in business area being supported. Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies.
