Ideal candidate must have knowledge of and at least 5 years plaintiff s personal injury litigation experience with all phases of plaintiff s personal injury, medical malpractice and employment cases, on both State and Federal levels Must be able to handle cases from inception through trial preparation, including doing intakes, processing No-Fault applications, draft all pleadings, including summons and complaint, process medical records requests, draft responses, demands, subpoenas, arrange for experts, and all trial preparation work. Must have knowledge of E-filing. Work closely with attorneys to make sure all deadlines are complied with. Communication with clients. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus. Work experience with Smart Advocate is a huge plus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. We offer benefits, including bonuses, medical and 401(K) with match.
