PARALEGAL PLAINTIFFS PERSONAL INJURY / MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LITIGATION

Ideal candidate must have knowledge of and at least 5 years plaintiffs personal injury litigation experience with all phases of plaintiffs personal injury, medical malpractice and employment cases, on both State and Federal levels Must be able to handle cases from inception through trial preparation, including doing intakes, processing No-Fault applications, draft all pleadings, including summons and complaint, process medical records requests, draft responses, demands, subpoenas, arrange for experts, and all trial preparation work. Must have knowledge of E-filing. Work closely with attorneys to make sure all deadlines are complied with. Communication with clients. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus. Work experience with Smart Advocate is a huge plus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. We offer benefits, including bonuses, medical and 401(K) with match.
