Job Description:

Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, P.C. is looking for a paralegal to support the firm's trust and estate practice in its Springfield's, Massachusetts office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, a fast learner, and can perform high quality work correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: general administrative support and assistance; drafting and review of legal documents, including estate planning documents and probate pleadings, assist with estate and trust administration matters (e.g.: prepare and file probate documents, draft correspondence, assist with inventory and account preparation, client and third party communications, preparing and filing estate tax returns); organize and maintain case files, scheduling, and other paralegal duties or special projects as may be assigned. The firm will train the right candidate.
