Quorum Private Wealth is a wealth management and financial planning firm based in Danville, CA offering financial services, asset management and customized advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, institutions, and corporations. Quorum launched April 30, 2021 following the founders' long tenure at Merrill Lynch. We transitioned to independence by partnering with Sanctuary Wealth, to help provide an enhanced platform, best-in-class client solutions and support in running our business. Position

As a member of the Quorum team, this role will play a foundational part in our wealth management process by maintaining and building financial plans and supporting client relationships. This role will be responsible for collecting and monitoring client data, collaborating in client meetings, providing service and implementation, while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Create Financial Plans for clients and prospects
  • Prepare for client review meetings - manage and monitor client balance sheets, income, savings rates
  • Generate customized client reports on performance, asset allocation, account detail
  • Interact with clients and prospects through phone calls, online video meetings and in-person
  • Complete service requests from clients efficiently and thoroughly
  • Provide exceptional client service by active listening and on-the-go problem solving
  • Other adhoc projects – investment proposals, strategy implementation, trading, model creation, etc.

Skill & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum three (3) years' work experience – financial client service or investment experience preferred
  • BA/BS - preferably in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Willingness to work full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, in office in Danville, CA
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment products (stock, bond, mutual funds, insurance, annuity, etc.)
  • Project management and communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Client-focused with flexibility and willingness to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time
  • Upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal presence (phone, online video, in-person)
  • Comfort with technology and adapting to new processes – desire to learn independently

Preferred:

  • eMoney proficiency (strongly preferred)
  • Certified Financial Planner® designation (current, in progress or interest in earning)
  • Series 7, Series 63/65 or Series 66 (current or interest in earning)

Job type: Full-time

Pay: Salary $85k+/year + bonus (compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and skills)
