Job Description:

Emerald Advisors is seeking an Paraplanner to join our team of professionals focused on providing purpose-driven wealth management to high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client data in CRM and financial planning tools.
  • Work closely with senior team members in collecting and analyzing client data for use in developing and presenting financial plans.
  • Prepare slides for client proposals and annual review meetings. Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Assist in client onboarding and account opening.
  • Support advisors in managing current and prospective client relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices in financial planning

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills including written correspondence.
  • Team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others.
  • Passion for helping clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically on a strategic level, take initiative and problem-solve.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with eMoney and/or Redtail a plus.
