Status: Full-Time HourlyFLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position: The Paraprofessional provides services in a variety of home and community-based settings to children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbances to improve family functioning by clinically stabilizing the living arrangement and promoting reunification from or preventing the utilization of out-of-home placement.
- The services include crisis intervention, 24/7 crisis response, intensive supporting resources management, individual and/or family skills training and other rehabilitative supports.
- Services are provided in accordance with the identified youth's behavioral health needs and strengths, as well as the goals identified in the Individualized Resiliency Plan.
- The Paraprofessional is responsible for providing services in accordance with the Individualized Resiliency Plan, accurately documenting services, attending weekly individual and group supervision meetings, and communicating participants progress to supervisors, team members, and the referring authority.
- All services are delivered in compliance with the Georgia DBHDD Provider Manual, YAP Standards, and all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.
- Your performance and productivity will be measured weekly via supervisions and other forms of communication to include, but not limited to emails, text messages, phone calls and the like.
Qualifications/Requirements:Master's Degree in human services field required (Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology) Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage. Benefits Available:
