This role works collaboratively with a team of health professionals to provide administrative support which drives quality care outcomes.Other information:QUALIFICATIONS:-Associates Degree in healthcare related field (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred)-At least one year of experience in patient care or population health is required. -Two years of experience is preferred. -Knowledge of quality measures, i.e. HEDIS, NCQA, NQF, etc. Computer skills to include use of EMR Systems and Microsoft products Excel and Word.-Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT Coding (preferred)
