2024-25 School YearQualifications: - Valid State of Illinois Educator License with Stipulations (ELS) for Paraprofessionals
- Effective oral and written communication skills, Basic English and Math skills
- Basic knowledge of technology and ability to apply knowledge to assigned areas of responsibility
- Ability to communicate and work well with all stakeholders
- Experience working with students with disabilities in an academic environment preferred
- Bilingual Prefered
- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift 40 pounds and or push/pull up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. The employee needs to be able to tell where a sound is coming from and hear in a noisy environment.
