Essential Job Duties - Provides directions to customers for various locations in the city.
- Resolves customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
- Provides quality customer service to patrons.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
- Assists patrons with accessible parking locations and needs.
- Directs patrons to designated parking spaces/locations within lot.
- Coordinates with off-duty police traffic management to assist when needed
- Responsible for placement of cones and other traffic devices in locations as designated for traffic control by Parking Manager.

- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays. Must be able to work outside in the elements for extended periods of time.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
