Parking Attendant - Courtesy Services - Part Time

Serves as the initial and last point of contact for all patients, visitors, and employees at Guthrie Health. Assists patients and visitors with various services in a safe and timely manner. Responsible for parking vehicles as requested and monitoring and directing traffic flow in immediate work area. Education, License & Cert: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Previous customer service is required. Must be able to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Essential Functions: 1. Engages with all patients, visitors, and staff upon arrival and departure of Guthrie Health entrances and in a friendly, professional manner. 2. Assists patients and visitors in and out of their vehicles, determines the appropriate methods and equipment to maintain their safety, i.e. wheelchair, walker, or ambulatory assist. 3.
