JOB DESCRIPTION: With a service oriented demeanor, patrols campus and ensures vehicles, including bicycles and scooters, are parked in compliance with campus parking rules and regulations. Interprets regulations and makes decisions on violation applicability. Enters data into computer systems, handheld, or mobile devices to issue citations. Utilizes parking management system to review citation and/or vehicle history. Educates campus community and visitors on rules and regulations. Assists visitors with information on campus locations and directions. Provides support to University events, including traffic coordination and transportation. Observes, analyzes, and reports the need for directional and regulatory signage. Aids motorists in need of assistance. Observes, detects, and reports suspicious activities. Provides written reports, as necessary. May provide backup coverage for dispatch, including radio operations and customer service. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
