Enforces the City's parking ordinances in the downtown area. Issues citations. Applies device to immobilize vehicles. Inspects vehicles to prepare impound form and impounds vehicle. Collects parking meter revenues and parking lot fees. Counts revenues, prepares cash counts and deposits.
