Work involves responsibility for the supervision of office support and the coordination of operational activities. - Coordinates and supervises all parking activities, including office support activities, record keeping, budgeting, applications, and related activities.
- Handles complaints and related problems with the public, staff or traffic police involving parking issues and any other related areas.
- Coordinates parking plans with third party vendors for special events occurring, including variable message board placement, and messages to direct traffic.
- Monitors performance of vendors to ensure all assets are properly maintained and operated.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Responsible for the hiring, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, scheduling, training and development of approximately 20 part time parking staff
- Responsible for developing and updating the Parking Department's Policies and Procedures Manual, to be included in the overall Events Department manual
- Complete all duties with a customer service focus through teamwork & dedication to Oak View Group's mission and principles
- Hire, develop, train, and support team of in-house part-time parking supervisors.
- Ensure all parking systems are operational
- Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure operational.

Work Environment:The duties of this position are performed primarily in doors and occasionally outdoors in all types of weather conditions. - High school education or equivalent.
- Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
- Must have one (1) year's previous experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Must have flexibility to work all shifts, including graveyard and weekends.
- A driver's license may be required depending on the business needs of the parking location.
