The Parking Lot Attendant will assist in releasing customers from surface parking lot(s) to the retail business. The Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant works 15-29 hours per week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist team with general customer service such as answering questions
- Greet patrons and guests on the lot in a friendly manner. Assist in providing a warm welcoming environment for everyone.
- Observe various cars and persons in the lot, reporting atypical activity to the Parking Lot Lead
- Utilize long-range and short-range radios to provide an open line of communication amongst other members of the team.
- Remain alert and attentive.
- Maintains parking lot cleanliness to ensure that space usage is maximized.
- Assist team with documenting any incidents.
- Represent the company with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Other tasks assigned by the Parking Lot Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have a Valid US Drivers License
- Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be comfortable working in outside weather conditions
