Now Hiring: Mechanical Assemblers / Fabricators Location: Aurora, COJoin a national leader in manufacturing fiber optic splicing solutions, custom work vehicles, manhole guards, tents, and portable heaters/ventilators!Position Overview: We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers/Fabricators with experience in vehicle assembly and installation. You will play a key role in building and installing components such as shelving, cabinetry, lighting, electrical systems, generators, and satellite equipment. This position offers hands-on work with tools and the opportunity to work in a team environment that values quality and precision.Key Responsibilities:• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on custom vehicles and equipment.• Install and assemble components such as shelving, cabinetry, lighting, generators, and satellite equipment.• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate installation.• Perform wiring and electrical assembly tasks.• Conduct quality inspections on assembled products to ensure standards are met.• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Qualifications:• Proven experience with hand tools and power tools.• Ability to read and understand blueprints or engineering drawings.• Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to challenges.• Positive attitude, reliability, and personal accountability.• Previous mechanical or electrical assembly experience is preferred.• Reliable transportation (this location is not accessible by public transit).Shift & Compensation:• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.• Overtime: Available starting as early as 5:00 am and on Fridays.• Pay: $20 - $22/hour, depending on experience.• Overtime available as needed.Why Join Us?• Be part of a growing company with a commitment to excellence.• Hands-on work with innovative products.• Opportunities for growth and skill development.• Collaborative and supportive team culture.Apply Today!#Talroo45
