Location: Coraopolis,PA, USA
We are seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant in our Coraopolis, PA office. This position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities: * Accounts payable invoice entry (200/month; check runs 2X per month) * Miscellaneous payables entry * Check timesheets for submittal and approval; timesheet reminders * Project setup * Cash receipt entry and deposit (remote and occasionally to physical bank) * Agreement filing and scanning * Miscellaneous filing, shredding, etc. Job Requirements Requirements: * Highly organized and detailed-oriented * Experience with accounting software * Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) * Strong verbal/written communication skills * Experience with navigating an internal network * Occasional travel to branch offices is required * Relevant experience in a professional engineering and preferably technical setting or similar role is a plus
