- Collection/ Sorting of mail
- Accounts payable
- Weekly check runs
- Recording of credit card purchase activity
- Credit card reconciliation
- Recording ACH payments
- Support month-end close
- Contact vendors and request W9
- Assist in gathering documentation for year-end audits
- Complete various administrative or project-related tasks as they arise.
