Job Description:

Our client, a software company in Greenville, is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant in a part-time capacity to support their Greenville office on-site.

This role has potential to move into a full-time position in the future. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience with a trustworthy, positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, handling logistics such as catering orders and setting up rooms
  • Update event schedule and book rooms for events
  • File, scan, and print documents as needed
  • Proofread documents and presentations
  • Oversee facility maintenance and vendor relationships
  • Help with general company communications
  • Support marketing department on special projects
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Assist with employee training and onboarding
  • Order supplies and materials
  • Book travel arrangements for executive team
  • Responsible for ingoing and outgoing mail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of similar experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office program with ability to create documents

Schedule:

  • Must be on-site Monday through Friday at Greenville office
  • Approximately 20 hours per week - either mornings or afternoons

Compensation:

  • $22-24/hour
