Professional shoes-NO tennis shoes. About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a proactive and reliable individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. As the business grows, this role offers the potential for increased responsibilities and hours, with opportunities to learn and expand within the company.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including creating and maintaining vendor files.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate and manage FedEx shipments, ensuring packages are received and dispatched as needed.
- Handle inventory-related tasks, including verifying received parts against itemized lists and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create, edit, and organize documents and reports.
- Support the business with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles; inventory management experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
