To Apply for this Job Click Here Boutique Alternative Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a highly proactive Part-Time Temporary Administrative Receptionist to act as back-up to the Office Manager who wears several hats. This position will require 2-3 days/week on-site (never Fridays) with flexibility on Huddle Weeks where Monday-Thursday will be required from the hours of 9am-5pm. This is a great opportunity to expand your experience within a high-profile firm and be a real asset to a high-performing team. Pay rate up to $25/hour. Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact upon guest arrival
- Direct incoming guests to the appropriate conference rooms, providing white glove service and offering beverages
- Order lunches and retrieve/distribute accordingly on days of meetings
- Order and restock panty items and office supplies as needed
- Assist with tidying up the kitchen as needed
- Answer and direct incoming calls accordingly, acting as a gatekeeper
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks upon request
Qualifications:
- Previous relatable experience within Financial Services required
- Self motivator who can work independently and part of a team
- Highly proactive individual who is thinking several steps ahead and takes initiative
- Highly organized and communicative
- Someone with a flexible schedule, who is trustworthy and reliable is required
- Top notch professionalism, ability to act with discretion and no task too big or small mentality
