Typically, leaders are on campus from about 8:30 am until at least 11:30 am. Great group leaders enjoy working with diverse young children (young 3s to 4s) and have some experience in childcare or early childhood education programs. This is a seasonal part-time role that runs from early October through mid-to-late January. Group leaders are also invited to participate in committee meetings as recommendations for admission are made in February. Compensation
