Right At School has been providing safe, fun, and meaningful extended-day enrichment programs for more than a decade, and today we serve more than 35,000 students in 17 states across the country. Educator: $15-$17 per hour (based on education, and experience)
Locations: Floater/SUB- Part-time youth staff we call our Educators details:
;Locations- Located inside the Denton School locations- ;Martinez Elementary and Sandbrock Elementary
Schedule - Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!! 2:45 pm- 6:00 pm shift (may vary slightly) and any early release days 1:00 pm-6 pm.
Pay Range- $15-$17 (depending on years of experience and education in related field although not required)
Requirements:
Six months working in a group childcare setting (preferred)
At least 18 years of age or older
;High School Diploma or GED required
Hours of needed availbilty: 2:45 pm-6:00 pm Monday through Friday and any occasional Early Release Days 12:45 pm-6:00 pm
You'll drive the mission by:
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observation
- Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school-day learning in a meaningful way
- Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance, and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play
- Excellent communication skills with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety well-being and attention of all children
- Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability

Ideal Candidates will have the following:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- High School Diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older
- Works well in a team environment
- At least 6 months of experience working with children under 13 years of age preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements; CPR, Mandated Reporter training, TB test, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel
