Position Title:Part-time Assistant Coach,TennisTime Type:Part timePosition Summary and Qualifications:Part-Time Assistant Coach/Instructor participates in coaching and instructing student-athletes who are members of the university's intercollegiate men and women's tennis programs.
- Coach/instruct student-athletes in the tennis program.
- Evaluate student-athlete skills; create and execute appropriate lessons to develop those skills through hands-on instruction.
- Provide regular feedback to students about their athletic performance.
- Participate in scouting; assist with practice and game planning.
- Work collaboratively with the head and assistant coach and team support staff to mentor and develop student-athletes on and off the court.
- Ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken during training.

Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree
- Must have strong interpersonal skills including good oral and written communication abilities
- An inclusive and servant approach to leadership
Preferred Qualifications:- Intercollegiate playing or coaching experience
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:- Ability to participate and/or demonstrate drills
- Some travel, nights and weekends related to competition
