Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.* Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.* Refreshes drinks* Assists with bussing tables* Perform various other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* Minimum of High School education* Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role* Food safety certification preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES* Ability to communicate effectively verbally* Team player* Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members* Excellent time management skills* Ability to multi-task* Ability to work flexible hours and shifts* The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
