Part-Time Bookkeeper Job DescriptionPro-Ag Farmers Cooperative is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to work in our Parkers Prairie location.Hours will vary with mostly weekdays and some weekends, as needed, depending on seasonal demands.Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent phone and in person customer service skills and be able to multitask.Agriculture industry experience is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to: Processing grain tickets & grain contractsReview grain settlement documents & process grain checksCustomer service, answer phones, answer customer questionsPosting AR payments and entering sales ticketsEntering AP invoices and inventory managementCounter sales Requirements Include:Ability to lift 50# on a regular basisStrong computer and communication skills
