Zgraph, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the software and digital marketing industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper or accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will work closely with management to support the financial operations of the company.Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process payroll
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Handle other financial and administrative tasks as needed
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field is preferred
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
