C&S Companies is looking to hire a part-time business development professional in the Construction Management group targeting K-12 clients in the NY area.
The individual we seek will provide leadership to seek out, manage and direct prospective sales efforts in Central and Western, NY market place and implement strategic sales plans consistent with the site civils department's objectives. Must be able to understand the business environment of targeted market segments. This business development representative will also support the existing client base that C&S has developed and provide insight for seeking out new opportunities within existing client or customer organizations. This individual must have an understanding of the architectural, civil engineering and construction industry. Will develop, execute and lead sales and account strategies to achieve the maximum saturation of services within various private and public sector markets. Analyze the market and current business performance to aid in developing plan to achieve long-term growth objectives.
