- The prime duty is out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services
- Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtaining customer information as needed
- Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales
- Be a reliable source for consumer information that is delivered to management team
- Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers
- Understanding of confidentiality with client information
- Maintaining details of telephonic communications and interactions of accounts, orders, and payments
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Process orders
- Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints/technical issues
- Respond to emails
- Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by the organization
- Always represent the company with complete professionalism using telephone etiquette skills. Take proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend potential or current customers
- Act as a team player while working with co-workers and setting goals

- Follow safety awareness and accident prevention guidelines
