*About us*We haul no touch freight via contract work for FedEx. We operate out of Twinsburg, Mansfield and Columbus. We have 45 employees, 30 trucks and 21 dedicated routes. We'd love to have you join our team!Job Overview:We are seeking experienced Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate different types of trucks and equipment. This is a part time position out of our Mansfield, OH location. This driver would cover extra work, days off for other drivers and ideally could be our next full time driver when a position opens! Drivers will need to complete drug test and background check prior to employment in order to haul for FedEx (no felonies in prior 10 years).Responsibilities:- Safely operate trucks and vehicles, including manual transmission, tractor-trailers- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines- Plan routes and ensure on-time delivery of goods- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or repair needs- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentationQualifications:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Previous experience as a Truck Driver. Requires 6-12 months tractor/trailer experience.- Ability to operate various types of trucks and equipment- Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesSkills:- Manual transmission- Tractor-trailer (no touch freight/drop and hook)- Heavy equipment operationWe offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Truck Drivers.
