The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Certified payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees. This role requires strong analytical skills. The Payroll Specialist will maintain Union payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws.ResponsibilitiesProcess Certified and Union payroll reports for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Certified payroll reports and upload weekly, monthly, per job contract requirements.Process Union payroll data for monthly reporting.Provide payroll proof of submission with forms DAS 140 & 142.
