As a Post-Closing Specialist II, you will be responsible for performing the documentation review on all commercial loan files after closing to ensure compliance with loan policy, accuracy of loan documentation and verification of collateral within required time frame. You will work commercial tickler exception reports to help in clearing exception items that are out for signature/recording and assist Post Closing Specialist I with complicated loan files. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing all commercial paid loan files within the required time frame, preparing full/partial construction releases, and researching problem resolution related to exceptions, paid loans and insurance. Additionally, Post Closing Specialist IIs are expected to work the paid loans and CMLS insurance group email box, complete monthly compliance training within deadlines; follow internal processes and controls as required, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.
- High School Education or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant job experience.
Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Skill and knowledge to perform all functions of the Post Closing Specialist I
- 5+ years of relevant job experience
