This position is estimated at 25 hours per week.General Responsibilities / Job Summary:The Collections Administrator is responsible for collecting payments from individuals and businesses who have fallen delinquent with loan payments. Essential Functions/Duties:

Make outbound calls to clients with outstanding debts and encourage timely payment. Determine the reason for late payments, review terms of sale and resolve billing issues Post payments to client accounts and document financial status Maintain up-to-date client records and clearly document client contact Adhere to department procedures to recover aging balances Work with debtors to create and negotiate payment plans Escalate accounts to management when the member is unwilling or unable to pay Recommend accounts for charge off Remain cognizant of and adhere to bank policy, procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Validate there are not tax liens properties Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts Other duties as assigned. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to be proactive.
- Must partner with management team to ensure effective compliance to Bank's policies and procedures.
- Skilled in engaging vendor relationships.
- Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in bank collection environment
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all locations within the bank's footprint. Travel is minimal. Physical and Mental Job Requirements:
