Position DetailsPosition Information Job Title Part-Time Coordinator of Admissions for Graduate Institute of Professional Psychology Job Description
  • Teach four courses per year in GIPP/Department of Psychology
  • Coordinate review of approximately 350 applications to the GIPP (Psy.D. program in Clinical Psychology) and arrange interviews for 90
  • Organize four day-long interview sessions, and chair the review of interviewees at the conclusion of each session
  • Coordinate with faculty the selection of approximately 50 applicants to be offered admission
  • Notify applicants selected for admission and maintain contact with them to assist in their decision
  • Participate in the recruitment of potential students (e.g., Graduate Open Houses) and respond to inquiries from potential applicants
  • Coordinate admissions process, meet with GIPP faculty, and serve as liaison to the University's Center for Graduate and Adult Academic Services
  • This is a regular part-time faculty position that includes some benefit eligibility
