Part Time- Courier/Sample Collector

MPL Laboratories is seeking a part time Courier/Sample Collector in Sparta, NJ. This position reports to the Office Coordinator. This is a customer service oriented position driving to client locations picking up and dropping off samples to the laboratory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: To perform all assigned courier responsibilitiesDrive to off-site client locations to obtain samples and to deliver reportsDrive to client locations to obtain samples from pools, lakes, wells, buildings, and any other areas as requestedDrive to laboratory warehouse storage area to obtain equipment, petri dish boxes, etc.Interact with clients in a professional mannerLift and carry sample boxes, laboratory equipment, boxes of water, laboratory soft goods from clients to car from car to laboratory and throughout the laboratory work area Maintain laboratory vehicles in excellent condition, scheduling service and cleaning as requiredIt is expected that you will exercise care and good judgment while driving and will comply with all state and local regulations for drivers of motor vehicles Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience as a Courier/Driver is a plusMust have ability to lift up to 50 poundsMust have valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be good with directions/using GPSMust be organized and be able to prioritize tasks/deliveriesMust be good reading skillsMust have excellent communication skills and good attitude will have daily interaction with company's clientsBackground check requiredAvailable Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. To find out more about MPL Laboratories visit: To find out more about EMSL Analytical, Inc. please visit our website at: www.emsl.com EOE including Veterans and Disabled
