Part time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for busy Plumbing company.A leader in the Plumbing and Sewer/Drain Industry is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our established team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a stable company with a solid record of growth and top performance.This position is part-time for the afternoon shift approximately 25-35 hours per week. Typically 3:00pm to 8:00 pmSpecific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Enter call details into Service Titan
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
- Dispatch technicians to jobs
- Close out jobs with information given by technician
- Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum two years admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Saturday shift mandatory and two Sundays per month
