Part-Time Custodian We are currently seeking a punctual candidate with part-time availability for a client in Macedonia, Ohio! Janitorial experience is preferred, but not required! In this position, you will be working with a company that has kept itself intentionally small to maintain their focus on their customers, products, and process. Do they sound like a good fit for you? - 1st Shift, 25 hours per week, flexible hours
- Potentially able to negotiate more hours, if desired
Pay:
- $14.00+ / hour, depending on your experience
Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning
- Cutting grass / mulching
- Raking / blowing of leaves (including off of roof)
- Removing garbage / recycling
- Care for plants around the building
- Painting
- Changing light bulbs
- Mopping / sweeping
- Pressure washing
- Light plumbing
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Punctual / dependable
- Maintain a good working relationship with co-workers
- Open to instruction / willingness to learn
