Description
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist working 20 hours per week to join our call center team. Responsibilities include providing professional and confidential customer service by answering incoming telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency while accurately processing a wide variety of banking transactions and providing appropriate product recommendations to bank customers. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain in depth knowledge of many banking functions if you have been considering banking as a career. Experience in banking or prior call center work is helpful; on the job training is provided. This position can be located in our Bangor, ME or Newport, NH locations.
Working knowledge of Windows, sharp customer service skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this job. An individual who enjoys being part of a fast paced, team environment will be best matched for this position.
