Job Description:
General Definition of Work- Ensure financial management and customer service duties at the Cape Splash Family Aquatic Center, Jefferson Pool, and Central Municipal Pool.
Essential Functions- Takes admission fee and makes change.
- Provides polite and positive interaction with customers.
- Answers incoming phone calls.
- Answers customer questions and give out correct information and/or directs them to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures all facility policies and guidelines are enforced.
- Responsible for the accountability of all revenue. Print off reports from ACTIVE system, Daily Cash Balance, Daily GL Report, and PLU Report.
- Count revenue and reconcile with Daily Cash Balance Report.
- Responsible for communicating effectively with patrons, co-workers, and management. Responsible for reporting to work on time, in uniform, and prepared to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
- Trouble shoots equipment issues when necessary.
- Assists and manages birthday parties at gazebos.
- Sells and inventory's resale items.
- Complete cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Have a positive attitude towards the public and fellow co-workers.
- Possesses excellent customer service and public relations.
- Must be able to count currency and balance daily reports.
- Possesses excellent computer skills.
- Possesses good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
