Part-time Dietary Telephone Interviewer (RTI)

Job Description:

Dietary Telephone Interviewers must conduct dietary telephone interviews with survey participants for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), emphasizing the importance and value of their participation.

Responsibilities:

• Follow a scripted questionnaire precisely to collect accurate data, ensuring all responses are entered correctly into the system in real-time.

• Engage with participants to address concerns and attempt to convert those who previously declined participation.

• Attend all required training sessions to stay informed on survey protocols and maintain high standards of data quality throughout the collection process.

• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Education Requirements:

• No education requirements required.

• Call center or customer service environment advantageous.

Qualifications:
