The duties of the Assistants are to:help with internet and literature searchingdata collection and organizationcopying of materialsentry of materials into electronic formatminor editing of html pagesa small amount of image editing (chem structure, equations)carry out various administrative tasks connected with the projectSelected candidates need to have a chemistry background and should be comfortable with computers. They must also be willing to learn new computer programs. General knowledge of web-based applications is preferred. The project is well suited for students who are interested in chemical education and would like to explore options for the best way to present chemical information to students.Hours are flexible to accommodate the student's academic schedule.
