This belief is reflected in the warmth of our people and our inclusive and supportive culture.Job SummaryAs the Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing the visibility of the Johnston & Murphy brand and driving sales growth across digital marketplaces. You will ensure that all product information and marketing assets are distributed and represented accurately across all marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.How You Will Make an ImpactDevelop and execute strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility of Johnston & Murphy across various marketplaces.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to determine the product assortment for Amazon and other marketplaces on a seasonal basis.Manage the relationship with third party marketplace provider. Understand all operational processes and serve as the liaison for any needs between the DC, accounting, IT, merchandising and marketing teams.Ensure that product information and marketing assets are distributed accurately to all partners and that listings are optimized according to each marketplace's specifications.Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, correcting any missing information, pricing and inventory discrepancies.Ensure all listings have on-brand content that effectively promotes the product's features and benefits and value proposition.Maintain and distribute regular performance reporting and make recommendations on product assortment and marketing strategy based on what is working in each marketplace.Set up, optimize and analyze advertising campaign performance to achieve effective return on ad spend.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that advertising efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging.Monitor consumer shipments and communication to ensure that customer expectations are being met.Perform keyword research and maintain product attributes to ensure product listings are optimized for SEO on marketplaces and for .Stay current with industry trends and conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.Develop an understanding of the broader Ecommerce business and assist with general Ecommerce functions, as needed.Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have4+ years' relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree.Seller Central and Amazon Advertising experience preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.Strong organizational skills with focus on attention to detail and accuracy.Proactive self-starter with the ability to work well independently.Ability to think critically and solve problems.Process-focused.#J-18808-Ljbffr
