Administrative assistant to join our team at our Needham Heights location at 430 Hunnewell Street, Needham MA. Scalliwags is a network of 4 Infant toddler preschool and early learning centers across metro west. We prioritize employee experience and have a very generous PTO, vacation package.The administrative assistant will spend time assisting in administrative functions and maintaining center operations. The position requires the ability to support the day-to-day operations of a high-quality Early Childhood Education program. The administrative assistant will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a passion for nurturing children and their families.
Qualifications (preferred not required)- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Education, Human Development, or related field, or 30 college credits with an Early Childhood or School Age focus
- Lead Infant/Toddler & Preschool Certification Preferred
- Director I EEC Qualifications or EEC Administrative course (required)
