Summary:Part-time position is available now, with a well-established manufacturer! You'll work every Tuesday and Wednesday to monitor all activity on the premises for the company's buildings and grounds. In addition, you'll maintain boilers, water softeners, sidewalks and more. Pay starts at $17 per hour for this great opportunity!Responsibilities:
- Monitor the boiler every two hours and maintain the maintenance log
- Operate a loader and put fuel into the boiler as needed
- Empty garbage and keep assigned areas clean
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, stoop, and lift on a repetitive basis
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Other related experience: groundkeeper, landscaper, construction, and more
