Falk College seeks a part-time instructor to teach FST 422 M002 Wine and Beer Appreciation (3 credits) in the Spring 2025 (01/06/2025-05/06/2025) semester. Course Description: Ingredients, processes, and laws. Sensory evaluation and discussion of still and sparkling wines and beers. Class meets Wednesdays, 6:45 PM-9:30 PM EST.QualificationsApplicants must have industry experience and academic knowledge of wine and beer. Historical context and processing knowledge a must. A minimum of a bachelor's degree. Advanced certifications considered. Classroom experience with ability to engage students with lectures and hands-on tasting experiences. Applicant must be able to facilitate tasting exercises for a classroom of 80 students. Instructors guide the students through the process and give timely and constructive feedback that supports learning and growth.
