Qualifications and CompetenciesRequired Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Minimum Qualifications: A doctoral degree in higher education administration or related field. Five or more years full-time experience in higher education administration. Knowledge of higher education law, policies, and regulations and of higher education financial operations, assessment, evaluation, and accreditation.Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching in higher education settings; experience in student advising or mentoring. A demonstrable track record of scholarly research, publications, or contributions to the field of higher education administration. Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in higher education administration, such as student information systems and database management tools. A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the institution and the ability to work effectively with diverse student and staff populations. The capacity to collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals and solve problems. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience managing multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
